In honor of the one-year anniversary of The White House website's "Photo of the Day" feature, chief White House photographer Peter Souza posted his ten favorite photos on The White House Blog, on Thursday.

Souza wrote that the site "show[s] pictures that viewers do not see anywhere else: behind-the-scenes images of the president and other aspects of life at the White House."

Souza adds that the most popular photos are those featuring the president having fun or those of the First Family's dog, Bo.
