Germany: Syria must stop sending arms to Hizbullah

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Monday that Syria must prevent the smuggling of arms from its own territory to Hizbullah. Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister Gernot Erler said that Germany has the ability and experience to help return the kidnapped IDF soldiers being held by Hizbullah, but did not give details about his country's involvement in the contacts for their release.
