North Korea says it will resume nuclear disablement

North Korea says it will resume disablement work at its Yongbyon nuclear complex and allow US and IAEA inspections to verify the process. North Korea's Foreign Ministry says in a statement Sunday that it made the decision after the US said it would remove the communist regime from its list of terrorism-sponsoring countries. The statement was carried by the North's official Korean Central News Agency.
