Report: Russia begins supplying components for S-300 to Iran

Russia has begun supplying parts for the advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missile defense system, according to an IRNA (Iranian national news agency) report on Sunday, which quoted Iranian politician Ismail Kosari.
Iran and Russia, after years of negotiations, had finally sealed a deal, Kosari was quoted as saying.
According Kosari, Iran's deputy chairman of the parliamentary commission on national security and foreign policy, Teheran will use the S-300 for border security.
