Shas hired the services of strategic consultants on Tuesday for its upcoming election campaign.
Some of those hired to manage the party's strategy, advertising, and digital communication, include Avi Lerner, Yanki Bichler and Oren Elimelech. This group of consultants will work to target the general population and more specifically the Dati Leumi and the Ultra-Orthodox communities.
All three of these consultants have experience with campaigning in Israel. Lerner was the former strategic adviser to former mayor Nir Barkat. He also led the Likud campaign catered toward the religious sector during Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's election.
In 2013, Elimelech managed Naftali Bennett's 2013 campaign.
Bichler is a Shas veteran. He worked with the party during both the national elections in 2015 and local municipal elections throughout the country.
