When Gal Gadot took a turn as host of Saturday Night Live in October, she clearly left a lasting impression on one of the show's stars, Kate McKinnon.

McKinnon, best known for portraying Hillary Clinton on SNL, whipped out her impression of the Israeli actress in an interview Tuesday night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

"Oh my gosh, wow, she really made an impact down at SNL," McKinnon told Fallon. She said while she and co-star Aidy Bryant were spending time with Gadot, "we were just like, oh, now we know we are Midwestern toads compared to this Mediterranean goddess." But then McKinnon whipped out her impression of the Wonder Woman star, switching to impressive, spot-on Israeli-accented English.

"I asked her 'Do you have hobbies, Gal?'" McKinnon said, before switching to her impression: "I love to go to the beach, I love to paddleboard, I love to watch my children run on the sand."

The actress told other tales from that week on set, but didn't mention one of the most talked-about moments: the kiss she herself shared with Gadot.
