Yair Netanyahu told police when he was interrogated during Case 4000 that police officers were "like the Gestapo," Channel 13 reported on Monday.

Yair, the son of Prime Minister Netanyahu, said that the only reason he is being questioned is "to put pressure on my parents," and added that he sees reporters as "scum."

In response to the publication, the young Netanyahu said that it is a criminal offense to leak details from an investigation.

Prime Minister Netanyahu is at this point not suspected of wrongdoing in the case.

The Gestapo were the German secret police.
