2 arrested in Pardess Hanna for stealing dogs

Police on Thursday arrested two Pardess Hanna residents suspected of stealing dogs from a kennel and demanding ransom from their owners, Israel Radio reported. A dog owner recently arranged a meeting with one of the suspects in order to get her dog back. When the suspects came to collect the money, they were arrested.
