Barak: Regional peace accord can be reached within three years

"A regional peace accord with our neighbors can be reached within three years," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Saturday in an interview with Channel 2, ahead of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's trip to Washington this week.
Barak said that such a treaty, once reached, "may take another five years to implement."
