Barak: Those responsible for rocket attacks 'will bear the consequences'

"The situation in southern Israel cannot continue," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Tuesday. "We know this and the other side also knows this. Whoever is responsible will bear the consequences."
Barak was speaking during a meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos in Jerusalem.
