Dichter: Israel must draft plans for 'First Gazan War'

Public Security Minister Avi Dichter said during the cabinet meeting Sunday noon that "the First Gazan War must be placed on Israel's drawing board." Noting the fact that Palestinians had fired some 300 Kassam rockets and a similar number of mortar shells at Israel during the 'cease-fire,' he said that the truce was a means and not a goal, and if Israel's goals cannot be achieved by it, other alternatives must be considered.
