A Fatah operative was arrested Thursday in a joint IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Security Service) operation in Kalkilya.
The operative, Amjad Atzmam Ali Al-Ka'ada, is suspected of perpetrating shooting attacks against troops and of planting bombs to target IDF vehicles.
