Former Mossad head Ephraim Halevi on Saturday urged Israel to seek a ceasefire with the Palestinian Authority, similar to the agreements that existed between Israel and neighboring Arab states following the War of Independence. Halevi said in an interview to Israel Radio that a ceasefire would be more feasible than a long-term political solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
