Three men and a woman were wounded in acts of violence throughout Israel over the weekend. A man was critically wounded and a woman was lightly wounded by gunfire during a fight that broke out between a couple in Ramla early on Saturday morning. According to an initial police investigation, the couple and three of their friends were in the woman's apartment at the time of the incident. The couple began arguing and moved to a separate room to continue their quarrel. One of their friends was reportedly shot in his stomach after he walked into the room where the couple was fighting. The woman was also wounded in the incident. The man, who was critically wounded, was evacuated to Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Tzrifin by two of his friends. Meanwhile, the woman, who was lightly wounded, arrived to Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot. The shots were fired from a gun belonging to the woman, who works as a security guard, but it is not yet clear who pulled the trigger and why. All five people who were in the apartment have been arrested and will be questioned by police. On Friday night, a 23-year-old was seriously wounded after he was stabbed outside a Petah Tikva night club. In Yahud, an 18-year-old was stabbed in a brawl with other youths in Yahud. A Magen David Adom team evacuated the youth, who was moderately wounded, to Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer. Police have launched an investigation into both incidents.
