Gun stolen from soldier at Negev hitchhiking post

A soldier had his weapon stolen from him at a hitchhiking post in the Negev on Thursday. Unknown assailants reportedly sprayed the soldier with teargas; he was taken to Soroka Hospital in Beersheba in light condition. Police launched a search to find the white Toyota van used by the attackers, Israel Radio reported.
