Hamat Gader spa sued the Health Ministry on Tuesday for NIS 15 million in compensation for the latter's decision to close the resort.
The suit claims that although the courts cancelled the closure, the site's patronage continued to drop since the ministry kept stating that their water was polluted.
The Health Ministry responded, saying that the water at Hamat Gader was in fact polluted, Army Radio reported.
