Highway 4 partially closed after oil pipeline bursts

Highway 4 was partially closed on Monday after an oil pipeline burst near Tirat Carmel.
Traffic was expected to be closed in both directions between Matam Junction and the northern entrance to Tirat Carmel until workers managed to clear the oil and repair the pipeline, police said.
