Israel arrests Fatah man who was pardoned but 'returned to terror'

Security forces on Thursday arrested a Fatah operative who had been given a pardon by Israel as part of agreements between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
The security establishment said the man, Adham Lubada, had returned to terror activity and production of explosive belts following his pardon.
Lubada was caught in Nablus.
