An Israeli traveler in her 20's was arrested after landing at Bombay's airport on Thursday when a pistol cartridge full of ammunition was found in her luggage.
The woman's family said her brother, who works as a security guard, left the cartridge in the bag and forgot to take it out.
The foreign ministry is working for the woman's release.
