Italian media: Remains of Israeli man found in tent by hikers

The Foreign Ministry is looking into Italian media reports that the remains of an Israeli man have been found near the city of Verona, Army Radio reported Saturday.
According to reports, the remains were discovered in a sleeping bag inside a tent by hikers, and may have been there for the past year. The man had apparently died of natural causes, perhaps hypothermia.
Israel has contacted Italian police to inquire about the report but has yet to receive a response.
