Children playing with matches early Friday afternoon accidentally set an Ashdod apartment on fire.
A 40-year-old man was listed in serious condition and two other people were lightly injured as a result of the conflagration.
All the injured were evacuated to Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot, Zaka reported.
