A 20-year-old kiosk worker was arrested on Tel Aviv's Bosem Street overnight Thursday on suspicion of stabbing and seriously wounding a 25-year-old man in Kfar Shalom.
Police said the incident occurred in the kiosk when an argument broke out between the two men.
