Lieberman bill: Draft-dodgers should give 1% of salary to defense budget

Israel Beiteinu head Avigdor Lieberman proposed a bill on Wednesday that would force men who did not serve in the army to give one percent of their salary to the Defense Ministry, Army Radio reported.
Draft-dodging has long been a major issue in the IDF.
