Sanctions on government services will continue Thursday. Army Radio reported that workers at the Ministry of the Interior will not receive the public, nor will they issue passports or identity cards; workers at the Licensing Bureau will not organize practical driving tests. The employees are protesting Finance Ministry policy, which they claim favors government workers who are customers of the Israel Discount Bank.
