New poll gives Kadima 42 mandates, Likud 17

A new poll conducted by the Geocartographic Institute showed Kadima maintaining a large lead. Kadima received 42 mandates, the Likud received 17, and Labor 15. The National Union-NRP joint party received 10 mandates, as did Israel Beiteinu. Shas received eight mandates, and Meretz five.
