Over 150 left-wing activists and Palestinians were protesting the construction of the security fence in Bil'in on Friday afternoon.
Some protestors were throwing rocks at security forces.
A simultaneous demonstration was being held in the Hebron area, attended by 50 Palestinians and left-wing activists.
