Palestinan with suspicious object shot by soldiers

IDF troops patrolling near Hebron Friday shot a Palestinian man carrying a suspicious object.
After troops patrolling around the village of Beit Kakhil heard an explosion, they searched the area and found a Palestinian holding a suspicious object, the army said.
The soldiers shot at the man and hit him, the army said. The condition of the Palestinian was not immediately known and it was not clear if he fled the area.
Palestinian security officials had no immediate comment.
