Police: Two e. J'lem youths arrested for planning kidnapping

Two teenagers from east Jerusalem were arrested recently for planning to kidnap security personnel to use as bargaining chips in a prisoner swap deal, police announced on Sunday.
The two were from Ussiwiya, which is near the French Hill neighborhood of Jerusalem, and were picked up in a joint operation conducted by Israel Police and the Shin Bet.
