Police have arrested a man on suspicion of being connected to the case of a Jerusalem mother of eight who allegedly abused her children, officials said Sunday overnight. On Sunday, the 38-year-old mother was indicted in a Jerusalem court. The woman was arrested last month after the two children were taken to the hospital, the three-year-old in an unconscious state. The child remains hospitalized in critical condition with severe head injuries, and is likely to remain in a vegetative state.
