'Police say sufficient proof to recommend rape charges against Katsav'

Police are convinced they have enough evidence to recommend that the State Prosecution indict former president Moshe Katsav on charges of raping 'Tourism Ministry Aleph,' Channel 2 quoted "police officials close to the case" as saying Monday. It came after police summoned Katsav's former employee for questioning following the receipt of new case material from Katsav's lawyers. Following Monday's questioning session, the officials told Channel 2 that the claimant's testimony was totally reliable and left no room for doubt.
