One person was reportedly killed in a shooting incident resulting from a gang rivalry near Ma'aleh Amos northeast of Hebron close to 2:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon. The victim, who was reportedly shot while driving, was treated by rescue forces that arrived on the scene but died of his wounds. According to reports, a gunbattle erupted when security and rescue forces arrived on the scene. A spokesman for Judea and Samaria police said that the exact location of the shooting was between Ma'aleh Amos and the Ibi Hanahal outpost in Gush Etzion.
