An Israeli security guard shot at a Palestinian construction worker Sunday in a dispute over a debt, police said. No injuries were reported in the incident, which took place in Har Adar east of Jerusalem. A fellow guard overcame the attacker, and he was placed under arrest. According to an initial police investigation, the guard who opened fire at the Palestinian laborer owed him money for repairing his car, but was dissatisfied with the service he received.
