Sheba Hospital staff to hold 2-hour strike over violence against doctors

Medical staff at Tel Hashomer's Sheba Medical Center planned to hold a two-hour strike on Wednesday in protest over a violent attack on a doctor and a nurse Tuesday. Sheba emergency room director Dr. Eran Segal told the radio station that the hospital suffered from a lack of security. "This is a financial issue. We are protesting to the Health and Finance Ministries as well as the hospital's management, whose job it is to ensure our safety," he said.
