Six-year-old Nigerian girl killed in Tel Aviv car accident

A 6-year-old girl from Nigeria was killed after she was hit by a car under the La-Guardia bridge in Tel Aviv on Wednesday evening.
The US embassy in Israel owns the car that hit the girl, Israel Radio reported.
The driver is being questioned by police.
Police are also investigating whether the girl's caretaker was negligent.
