Suspected Hebron shooter placed under house arrest
By JPOST.COM STAFF
The Jerusalem District Court on Thursday overruled a magistrate's court ruling and placed Ze'ev Ze'ev Braude, suspected of shooting two Palestinians after last week's evacuation of the 'Beit Hashalom' home in Hebron, under 10 days' house arrest.
In addition, Ze'ev Braude was ordered to pay NIS 3,000 bail.
It came a day after the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court decided to release him with no restrictions.
