Tel Aviv man, 22, charged with raping female soldier

A 22-year-old Tel Aviv man was charged on Thursday with raping a female soldier.
According to the Tel Aviv District Court indictment, Hanoch Yosef called the woman under an assumed name and claimed she had once given him her phone number. He convinced her to meet him and invited her to his home, where he raped her.
