Thieves lead police on car chase through Tel Aviv streets

Two suspected car thieves fled from police in Tel Aviv Wednesday morning, leading law enforcers on a car chase in which three people were wounded. The suspects allegedly attempted to escape from police when they were ordered to pull over. Officers chased the culprits through several narrow streets, as the latter veered into the opposite lane and hit several parked cars. Three people were wounded as a result. The chase eventually ended when policemen fired warning shots in the air. The two men were arrested and taken for questioning.
