Twelve-year-old boy seriously injured in Ashkelon car accident

A 12-year-old boy on Thursday evening was critically injured after a car hit him on Begin Avenue in Ashkelon.
A Magen David Adom ambulance evacuated the boy to the city's Barzilai Hospital.
Police have opened an investigation into the accident.
