Water Authority cuts off farmers who've used up quota

The Water Authority has stopped providing water to several farmers who have used up their allotted quota, they announced Tuesday. Several water associations near Metullah and elsewhere in the North were cut off, Water Authority Spokesman Uri Schor told The Jerusalem Post. The authority said they did not relish the decision but it was unfortunately necessary in light of the severe water crisis plaguing the country.
