Traffic problems snarl Kfar Saba residents

The most urgent problem that Kfar Saba residents want their new council to tackle is the endless traffic congestion in the city, reports www.local.co.il. In a city-wide survey conducted before this week's municipal elections, residents overwhelmingly said traffic jams were their biggest and most urgent problem. According to the report, the city's Green Party conducted a telephone survey of Kfar Saba's 30,000 households before the elections, asking residents what they considered to be the city's biggest problem. Some 60 percent said traffic problems were their biggest worry, while the remainder cited tall and overcrowded residential construction, school and kindergarten hours, and proper management and transparency in local government.
