Outdoor art
Summer is the perfect time to mix fine art with fresh air, and the Herzliya Museum of Art invites families to their series of Art Picnics to do just that. Every Thursday at 5 p.m. this summer, events will be held in the museum’s sculpture garden that will include music, theater, dance, and more. On August 3, the theme is “A picnic large and small,” featuring a miniature sculpture workshop, cooperative gigantic paintings, photography and a performance of Rumpelstiltskin by the Little Chutzpah Theater (Hebrew). On August 8, the theme “A picnic to wear” will include activities with prints, textiles, T-shirt and doll-making, plus Little Chutzpah Theater’s performance of The Shoemaker and the Elves (Hebrew).
