Iran's Red Crescent to send aid ship to Gaza next week

Iran's Red Crescent plans to send an aid ship to the Gaza Strip next week, the agency announced on its website on Wednesday.
Iranian Red Crescent Secretary Ahmad Mousavi was quoted as saying that about 1,000 tons of aid including medicine and food will be sent on the boat.
Mousavi said the decision was made after Egypt did not allow the shipment into the Gaza Strip by land.
