Iraqi Police: Baghdad bombs kill four

Iraqi police say twin bombs have killed four people and wounded 15 in western Baghdad. A police officer says the attack consisted of a car bomb followed two minutes later by a roadside bomb hidden in a box 50 meters away. The officer says one policeman was among the injured on Wednesday. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media. Separately, Iraqi police say a car bomb Tuesday night killed Muhanned Abdul-Jabbar, a senior official with a US-backed group of Sunni fighters in Ramadi, west of Baghdad. It detonated when he left his house after dinner.
