The Palestinian Authority announced Friday a three-day mourning period in the Palestinian territories following events Friday evening that left seven Palestinian civilians dead after an apparent IDF artillery shell landed on a Gaza beach. PA President Mahmoud Abbas said that all Palestinian embassies abroad will shut down during the three-day period.
