In very windy conditions, nearly 70 golfers participated in the March Monthly Medal at the Ga’ash Golf Club.

This Monthly Medal, also served as the qualifying round for the PGA National Match Play Championship; A new competition where players from the Ga’ash Golf Club will play against players from the Caesarea Golf Club.

The “A” division was won by Greg Elliot and in second place was Anthony Harris. Amos Amir wins the “B” division followed by Natan Pulwer. The trophy in the “C” division went to Yoram Leibowitz followed by Elke Wienkamp.

Nearest to the pin prizes, sponsored by the Greenfield restaurant at the Club, went to Richard Fogelson and Shaul Ben Chaim.

Last week Dorit Levy, playing with her friend, Aude Amaradgi scored a hole-inone on the par 3, 4th hole.

Hole in one: David Deitch Friday March 30, hole 13, 119 meters.

Hole in one : Eli Gitlin Sunday April 1, Hole 4, 110 meters.



Ga’ash Golf Club continues to promote the importance of the club and its member’s contribution to the community, with registration starting for the “Natal” tournament to be held in the middle of May.
