Ram, Erlich on form in local tourney

Andy Ram and Yoni Erlich will face their coach Noam Behr in the quarterfinals of the Israel Open doubles tournament on Wednesday at Ramat Hasharon. Ram and Erlich, who are seeded No. 1 at the small $50,000 Challenger event, defeated Ivo Klec and Pavel Snobel 7-6, 6-4 and will now play Behr, who came out of retirement to play in Israel with American Graydon Oliver. Earlier in the day, Ram spoke of his hopes for next month's Olympics. "We have one more tournament after this one before the Olympics and we're starting to get excited. We know we're going to be seeded No. 2 in Beijing and the pressure will be on us, but I'm certain we'll return from China in a good mood."
