A former friend of main suspect Christian Brueckner, Manfred Seyferth, recounted seeing a video in which Brueckner assaulted the three-year-old girl.

Bechir Lehbeib, 26, told police he was a Palestinian and arrived in the US via the US/Mexico in November.
