When 3rd degree black belt Yudit Sidikman says she fights like a girl, she means it in a different way.

Sidikman is the founder of the El Halev self defense center in Jerusalem, where women instructors teach women students different types of martial arts and self defense.

An immigrant from New Jersey, Yudit began training in Judo nineteen years ago in Israel.
After attending a women's martial arts seminar in the United States seven years ago,
she decided to switch her focus to women’s self defense and open the El Halev center.
