Responding to Israel's attack in Syria early Friday morning, Hassan Nasrallah , the head of Hezbollah, stated that Israel is always interfering in Syria.
"Syria has won, they are just waiting to defeat the terrorists," Nasrallah stated. "[Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu went to [Russian President Vladmir] Putin, pleading with him due to his fear of an ISIS defeat, because an ISIS defeat in Syria would put an end to Netanyahu's plans."
Nasrallah also condemned the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres for requesting that UN Under-Secretary General and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia, Rima Khalaf remover her report that stated Israel is an "apartheid regime."
Khalad resigned following the incident, refusing to remove the report.
"Israel, the US and its supporters pressured the UN to recall the report," Nasrallah stated.
Nasrallah also stated that the incident weakened the United Nations.
