Pushkin – Live music with a group of seven players, the best French champagne and boutique wines, premium drinks and more at a New Year’s Eve dinner of nine dishes prepared just for this evening with ingredients flown in especially, such as truffles from Perigord, blue lobster from Bretagne, Japanese squid and black caviar from Russia.

Adama – The restaurant in Zichron Ya’acov offers a Spanish celebration with lots of Cava and a DJ that will keep you dancing until the morning. Dinner and party, including one glass of Cava, will be NIS 170 per person. The party with some munchies will be NIS 80 per person.

1868 – The gourmet kosher restaurant in Jerusalem will pay homage to New York mega chef Jean George with a romantic candlelight dinner and free marshmallow dessert.

Black Sylvester – Chef Tzachi Buchester, owner of the Black Bar ‘n’ Burger chain of pubs, will serve free champagne at midnight, alongside with many specials for the evening.
Temple Bar – Located in Haifa and at Tel Aviv’s Cinema City, Temple Bar is offering an Irish celebration with lots of alcohol and alcoholic desserts, as well as free champagne at midnight.

Yehuda & Rosa – The restaurant in Moshav Ilania will serve a special New Year’s Eve dinner: a three-course meal that includes a mixed grilled meats and a selection of desserts and wine for NIS 159 per person.
Rokah 73 – Chef Eyal Lavi offers a whole evening dinner. His eightdish menu includes such choices as carpaccio of scallops, tortellini with truffles, fillet of beef or shrimp and free Cava at NIS 320 per person.

SushiSamba – The restaurant will serve a Brazilian dinner. Chef Nitzan Raz will present a five-course menu of mixed dishes and surprising cocktails at NIS 240 per person. There will be a live DJ playing samba and electro music.

Bellini – It will welcome 2011 with lots of delightful Italian food. Three starters, four first course and three entrees will be served to be shared. All that, and a choice of main dish and dessert, plus a glass of bubbly will cost NIS 249 per person.

Maraboo – Five dishes, quality wines and a festive atmosphere with chef Yoav Bar in Ramat Gan. The first round, at 6:30 p.m. (NIS 290 per person), will include five dishes and a glass of Brut. The second round will start at 9:30 p.m. and will include the same plus free Brut after midnight for NIS 390 per person. Diners will receive some sweet surprises.
